6. Build a Pipeline to Heavy Sourcing
7. Conversion & Convincing
8. Outdoor BTL activities / Walkin generation through database calling.
Desired Profile:
1. Effective communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
2. Strong Sourcing Experience in Traditional and Non-Traditional Sourcing Methods
3. Strong networking skills, ability to socialize and mobilize talent in the market
4. Working / majoring in consulting / staffing
5. In-Depth Understanding and Used Sourcing Data Mining Tools Like Monster, Naukri.com, Times Job, Shine.com, etc.
6. Understanding and Using New Age Social Recruiting Tools and Applications LinkedIn, Google Search (with Search Code / Strings), FB, Twitter, and Other Social Media Handles
7. Able to articulate and comprehend client requirements to actions
8. Non-traditional recruiting methods in Experience such as Head Hunting, Talent mapping, Cold calling, etc.
9. Good interpersonal skills.
