6. Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
7. Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customers problems and providing feedback accordingly.
8. Conduct quality monitoring.
9. Rotational shifts and week offs – Five-day week and two weekly offs/holidays.
